Testimonials

Hi Everyone! First off, I’d like to start by saying that the experience I’ve had with nutrition by Elle has been so positive! I really want to encourage anyone who is looking for a positive, upbeat, motivational trainer to please contact Elle! Don’t wait another minute to start accomplishing your goals. This girl knows her stuff! Second, I’d really like to take some time to share my testimony with you. If you are someone who wants to change your body/habits then please… read on!
I came to Elle a little over a month ago looking for help with my body. Sure… We all see diet/exercise advice (boards, blogs, tutorials, etc.) online that we try and then hope for great results. But everyone’s body is different and what may work for one person may not work for another. No matter what I was doing, it wasn’t working. So I turned to Elle, and asked for some much needed advice. While I was expecting a killer workout to be the first thing that I needed to get my body in shape, much to my dismay, it was in fact my eating habits that needed to be altered. Inadvertently, this was the best advice I could have ever received! I guess I should start with a little autobio for you to get a better understanding of me and my body…
My name is Tiffany, I’m 24, and I’m a full time student and mommy of two. While my kids keep me on my toes (as well as the housework and hubby), I take all of my classes online to be at home with my children. So I am constantly on my bum in front of a computer. I was a very lazy person in the fitness dept. I wanted to work out, eat clean, and look good. But as most people with a lot on their plate tend to do, I made excuses. See, it’s a lot easier to do what’s routine and comfortable than it is to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. “What if it interferes with my already hectic schedule? What if I get cravings for food I shouldn’t be eating? What if I don’t get the results I am hoping for?” Well the truth is it will interfere with your schedule, in a positive way by making you more productive. You will get cravings for unhealthy foods. But like Elle told me… It takes 21 days to kick a habit and you CAN do it if you really apply yourself. And you WILL get the results you are hoping for! As long as you follow Elle’s nutrition plan, or any other training that she is helping you with, you will succeed and even exceed your expectations. But you have to make the effort. I am living proof of that.
I started my nutrition plan that was created specifically for me by Elle on November 5th, 2012. I weighed myself the first day as well as took pictures so I could record my progress. I am 5’4 and weighed 145lbs. Starting off I was nervous, excited, motivated, happy and sad all at the same time. I knew that doing this meant I had to stick with it. I knew that if my family wanted fried chicken for dinner, I wouldn’t be eating that with them, or if my family wanted to have dessert that I wouldn’t be joining them for cookies and ice cream. I also knew that this was an opportunity for me to start fresh and have a healthier lifestyle. I heedlessly piled on calories, carbs, and unwanted pounds. I didn’t drink enough water or consume enough vegies. So I stepped out of my comfort zone and I started to eat clean through Elle’s nutrition plan. After starting, it really wasn’t bad! The meals were good and while at first I struggled with my Oreo cravings (or other sweet treats/snack-food), I knew what was more important to me; my health and my body. So I stuck to the nutrition plan. I buy and prep my food for the week on Sunday. During the week it is so easy to just open the fridge and have the meals that I made for myself ready to eat! It makes my day so much more efficient. Not only am I eating healthier, but I am able to spend more time with my family or running errands or taking time to cook a healthier meal for the rest of my family. Whereas before I would spend that time making a convenient meal regardless of its nutritional value. I did slip up during thanksgiving due to peer pressure. Not only did my decision affect my body and hard earned progress, but it affected my mood and energy. If I have learned something from that it is: Don’t cheat yourself. The only person you’re hurting by not accomplishing your goals, is yourself. Don’t let yourself down. Not to mention, if you think it’s hard to kick cravings when you first start, it’s even harder once you’ve been doing well and then you cheat. I am proud to say that my cheating was short-lived and I am back on track. It has been 5 weeks since I started my journey to a healthier, happier me. I am so excited to tell you that over my course (5 short weeks!) I have lost 17 pounds! I am now 128lbs and this is from nutrition alone! I want you to understand that while I was overweight before, I wasn’t stuffing my face every five seconds. Yes, I loved (love) Oreos, and I probably ate too much salt, but I was pretty average as far as my diet. So If someone like me can make this much progress, imagine what anyone else could do. I used to be so tired and hated what I saw in the mirror. But after making these healthy choices, I have so much more energy and I’m excited to look in the mirror every day and see how far I’ve come. I love that I wake up every morning NOT feeling guilty for what I ate the day before. Aside from me actually committing to this nutrition plan, I owe it all to Elle. Like I said in the beginning, I tried it all… or so I thought. Elle is positive, motivating and inspirational. If it wasn’t for her keeping up on my progress via email asking for pics and updates; who’s to say I wouldn’t have caved again? She never made me feel any less about myself for being unfit or overweight. She never said one negative thing about my figure or weight. I live roughly 1500 miles away from Elle and she has still managed to keep me on track. I am thankful for her and all that she has helped me accomplish thus far! You rock Elle!! I hope this has helped inspire someone to work towards their goals… whether you’re overweight or have been eating clean for years… continue to take control and take care of your body. Eat clean, stay fit, stay motivated. Make it a lifestyle. Motivation gets you started, habit keeps you going.  Happy Holiday’s!

I've known Elle since 2009, I watched her win her first Npc bikini overall
title, we all knew that night we saw something special. Not just a competitor
that exuded confidence but her positive energy on and off stage was infectious.
I'm also a competitive bodybuilder and trainer and have bounced my own nutrition
or training plans off of her and she's been a great resource for information as
she's trained not only with myself but biggest names in the industry, Kim Oddo
and now currently on the prestigious Bombshell team. Elle has been very gracious
with helping me every facet from nutrition, posing, contest prep etc., these
days I mostly refer my clients bikini and even mens physique to her for final
touches on posing and sometimes Elle might suggest tweaking the nutrition plan
and she has been spot on every time. I am VP of the largest service company in
AZ and I know what it takes to be win and be successful in business, Elle
encompasses not only talent but knowledge, passion and dedication to what she
does. Whether you're looking to do a show or attain the body you've always
dreamed of I strongly recommend training with Elle, she'll not only push you to
your limits but she makes it fun too!

My experience training with Elle was wonderful!  She is an inspiration, motivator and will see to it that you stick to your goals.  I competed in my first fitness show last September and Elle saw to it that I was prepared – both physically and mentally.  There were times that I wanted to give up and quit, but she never let me and kept telling me that I could do it.  She always told me to give 110% and that I would achieve my goals.  If you are looking for a hard core and dedicated trainer, Elle is the girl for you!

So let me preface this testimonial with me saying I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. This is not to say I am any different than any of Elle's other clients. I say this because, regardless of how much I learned in school and through the many books I've studied, I realized after years of failed "diets" and "fail-safe" programs I needed help just as much as the next individual. I needed expert advice to realize the level of health I wanted. I found this in Elle Delallo. It was by pure happenstance coming across her page on Instagram. I had a friend who was her friend. I knew I was looking to make a change, but didn't completely know what the change was. I had recently been laid off from my job, was going through some traumatic events with close family members and was gaining weight as I never had before. To tell you the truth, it was probably wasn't an ideal time to try and make a dramatic change in my life. I see now it was the perfect time.
I contacted Elle through a picture on her IG. I received a response literally in five minutes. True professionalism from the very beginning. I was very hesitant due to the fact that the program was completely online. Not only because I knew there was a chance of being scammed, but also because with no one there with me physically I knew the level of accountability would go up exponentially. Through the next couple of emails Elle explained what type of programs she offered and tried to point me in the right direction. She never suggested the highest price or the longest program looking to benefit herself. She truly wanted me to succeed. Whether it be through a 3 month program or a 12 month program. After a couple of days of thinking, I had almost talked myself out of enlisting Elle's help. I told myself I could do it on my own. I had lost weight before, I had gone to school for this. But Elle did not relent. She was already treating me like a long-time client. Texting me, motivating me. I then knew she was the one that would help me get where I needed to and wanted to go. Over the 12 weeks, it was text messages, emails, IG posts....EVERYTHING pointing me in the right direction. I fell off several times. Elle taught me as a 30 year old man, getting back up is the most important part of falling down. She showed me week in and week out, my success was her success. The meal plans were completely catered to my likes, and my workout was modified for me as well, due to the fact I recently had shoulder surgery. At the end of the 12 weeks, I had lost 22 lbs. and felt like I was in the best shape of my life. More than that, I had changed my lifestyle. I was living healthier. Before meeting Elle I was living day by day, eating as I went and rationalizing by working out. I can honestly say Elle changed my life, and I will never forget her for that. A complete stranger in Arizona had become a great friend and motivator, and had made an impact on my life that I desperately needed.
I would recommend Elle Delallo to anyone looking to make the same change. Whether you want to compete or just live a healthier life, Elle has a blueprint for you. When you recommend something to the masses you are then putting your name on the quality of that product or service. I feel completely comfortable doing that with Elle Delallo. Like I said, she helped change my life.

Good luck and Hard Training!!!
